Happy Holidays

Just hoping that everyone had a nice Christmas and got lots of presents! I got club box seats to a Flyers game against the Penguins in January, pretty excited about that. Also hope that everyone has a good New Years.

Contest

Some of you may or may not know, reviews can really help an author out. They can help people to buy or not buy. The contest is for one of two $20 Amazon gift cards. To enter simply write a review of one of the books (on whatever site you'd like). After you've written the review send an e-mail to ryejames77@aol.com. In the subject line write Contest. In the body just write where the review was posted and I'll send a confirmation e-mail letting you know you've been entered. The contest will go on until the end of January and the winners will be drawn on Feb.1. The winners will be randomly selected. You do not need to write a book report. Winners will not be chosen by type or quality of review or what kind of review is written. Any review will be entered. If you've bought one of the books and would like to enter the contest but really do not want to write a review you can still do so. Just send an e-mail like stated above and answer one of the following 2 questions:

1) Who hired Matt Beck in The Assassin?
2) In what location did Samantha lose the FBI in Escape?

New Books

I have started working on one of the new books, a Fantasy novel, as of right now called Empire. I'm only about 10 pages into it as I've been trying to construct a lot of the background for it. I am also planning on beginning to write the yet to be titled supernatural thriller within the next week or so. Will have an update on that when I actually do break ground on it, or should I say keystrokes! I will also be announcing a new contest within the next few days in which I would be giving away some Amazon gift certificates. Keep checking back for that!

Bounty Hunter

Just wanted to let those of you who weren't aware of it that you can read the 1st chapter of Bounty Hunter at my Authorsden site which is linked to the left of the page. I will have another post tomorrow to talk about how things are coming along with the trio of new books that I've been talking about.
